JD Marketing Manager (Channel Partners / Dealers): MALE / FEMALE
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, Recruit, and On-board New Channel Partners/Dealers Across PAN India: o Conduct extensive market research to identify potential channel partners and dealers. o Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard new partners. o Ensure a smooth onboarding process, including training and support, to facilitate effective partnership integration.
2. Manage Sales Activities of Partners to Generate Revenue: o Collaborate with partners to plan and execute sales activities aimed at revenue generation. o Monitor and support partners in their sales efforts, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
3. Coordinate with Partners to Create and Execute Business Plans: o Work closely with partners to develop comprehensive business plans that align with company sales goals. o Support the execution of these plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet specific market needs and sales targets.
4. Analyze Market Trends and Develop Sales Plans to Increase Brand Awareness: o Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities. o Develop and implement effective sales plans and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
5. Evaluate Partner Sales Performance and Recommend Improvements: o Regularly assess the sales performance of partners. o Provide constructive feedback and recommend strategies for improvement to enhance sales effectiveness.
6. Educate Partners About Product Portfolio and Complimentary Services: o Conduct training sessions to educate partners on the company's product portfolio and additional services offered. o Ensure partners are well-informed and equipped to effectively promote and sell the products.
7. Manage Sales Pipeline, Forecast Monthly Sales, and Identify New Business Opportunities: o Maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly sales forecasts. o Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.
8. Develop Positive Working Relationships with Partners: o Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with partners to build mutual trust and collaboration. o Engage in regular communication and support to ensure a successful partnership.
9. Manage End-to-End Client Relationships: o Oversee the entire client relationship lifecycle, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, and result tracking, and troubleshooting. o Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and address any issues promptly and effectively.
10. Seek Out Leadership Opportunities to Achieve Company Objectives: o Proactively seek opportunities to take on leadership roles within the company. o Contribute to the company's larger objectives through innovative ideas and actions.
11. Tally Calling: o Conduct regular tally calls with partners to track sales progress, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
12. Reporting: o Report directly to the Director, providing regular updates on sales activities, partner performance, and market insights.
Qualifications: Education: o MBA in Marketing or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: o 1 above of experience in industrial sales.
