We are looking for a Business analyst + UI/UX expert Role objective The role holder is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing business requirements, developing digital solutions, conducting feasibility studies, redesigning processes, and exploring innovative technologies to drive business improvements and profitability This role requires a blend of analytical skills, IoT knowledge, and UI/UX expertise to deliver user-centric solutions Key responsibilities 1. Execute discussions with the business to understand their requirements thoroughly. Analyse and map Business Requirement Definitions (BRD/FRD) for clarity and accuracy 2. Assist in designing existing business processes using automation technologies (such as AI/ML). Execute strategies to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality organization-wide 3. Organize the implementation of business process re-engineering strategies. Utilize process modelling, data analytics, and change management techniques to achieve significant and sustained improvements in business performance. 4. Explore new methodologies and technologies for process innovation and seamless integration. 5. Map technology requirements, identify gaps, and support the proposal of optimized solutions for streamlined operations.6. Utilize visualizations and analysis to empower informed decisions. 7. Extract actionable insights from large datasets, supporting strategic decision-making processes 8. Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for IoT applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs.
