- Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a driven and talented Software Developer / Project Lead to join our growing team. In this 3-month contract role (with potential for extension based on performance), you will play a pivotal role in building innovative software solutions that streamline our operations, elevate the client experience, and contribute to the company's continued growth. You will wear two hats, focusing on both technical development and leading projects to successful completion. Qualifications: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in software development. Strong proficiency in ASP.NET Core Web API and C#. Expertise in front-end development using React JS, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. In-depth knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Ready to learn automated AI enabled systems & CRM's Requirements Responsibilities: Development: Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API to power our backend systems. Build and maintain user-friendly frontend applications using React JS and related technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript). Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices. Conduct thorough unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on time. Project Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Foster a collaborative and productive development environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Communication: Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Document development processes and procedures effectively. Benefits Compensation: INR 35,000 - 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience and skills. Joining: IMMEDIATE !
