We are seeking a skilled Industrial Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement automated systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PLC programming, HMIs and a strong understanding of industrial automation products to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety. Key Responsibilities: Design & Development: Develop, program, and optimize PLC, HMI for industrial automation systems. Installation & Commissioning: Install, test, and commission automation solutions for new and existing manufacturing processes. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve automation system issues to minimize downtime. Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics, IoT, and automation solutions. Process Optimization: Enhance industrial processes through automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement strategies. Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation, including system schematics, manuals, and programming codes. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all automation solutions meet industry standards, safety regulations, and cybersecurity protocols. Training & Support: Train operators and maintenance staff on automated systems and provide technical support as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. 2-6 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Delta etc.). Proficiency in PLC, HMI systems. Knowledge of industrial robots, IoT, and machine vision is a plus. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Experience with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.). Experience with industrial cameras and optics. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts. Excellent analytical, teamwork, and communication skills. Provide exceptional technical support, perform product demonstrations, and uphold thorough documentation standards.
