The company operates from its office located at 27, B.T. Road, Prasad Nagar, Block A-3, Ground Floor. R.M.GLOBAL is engaged in providing comprehensive solutions for various infrastructure projects and is committed to delivering high-quality results. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site in charge, based in Nagpur. The Site in charge will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, coordinate with project managers, and manage labor and resources. Key responsibilities include supervising on-site staff, handling customer service issues, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring project goals are met. The role requires effective communication and leadership skills to manage and support the on-site team. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Project Management and Training Ability to conduct and apply Research Proven leadership abilities and team management skills Proficiency in using construction management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous,
