    Job Description About the Team & Business Line: Fund Administration is Citcos core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. As a core member of our Product Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services, technology and solutions for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon. In fact, these roles provide a great opportunity to contribute to a critical Citco platform development project by providing analytical insight and evaluation as well as functional guidance. You will be involved in multiple aspects of the project, work closely with users, management, vendors, and various teams to gather/provide system requirements, create essential documentation and communicate requirements to both third party and internal development teams. You will also be responsible for assisting testing engineers by defining use/test cases, and for assisting with preparing training materials, where required. Responsibilities Your Role: Work with team members, management and/or business staff to produce and maintain documentation, including requirements, guides, diagrams or process flows Support in developing user stories, use cases, documenting of issues or additional requirements Develop and maintain a working knowledge of business rules and business processes as they pertain to the business applications/system functionality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity Identify impact and options to help plan future sprints and ensure project trajectory is maintained Collaborate with team members, end-users, developers and management to solidify decisions or identify and resolve any issues in a timely manner Provide support in the release process by communicating descriptions of new functionality/changes and provide follow up support as required Identify gaps from both a data and functional perspective Support automated testing and quality assurance activities thru test case specification and providing direction or support Act as an information resource by sharing expertise and knowledge Act as a liaison between the technical and end-user teams Qualifications About You: At least 5 years of documentation experience in a user/functional or technical capacity. Experience in both preferred At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with IT Development/Product Development teams within the Financial Services industry or working with financial services type software Experience within the software development lifecycle: agile, SCRUM, & knowledge of Jira or other support tools Experience supporting a quality assurance team automating their test cases on a user interface. Confidence in your ability to frequently and clearly communicate with worldwide team Able to listen, learn quickly and demonstrate initiative Desirable knowledge & experience: System Integrations Financial instruments with in-depth knowledge of a subset of instruments Accounting systems and/or portfolio management systems Hedge fund or closely related alternative investment space Illustrating/defining data structures, relationships and operations in the financial instrument, accounting and portfolio management domain highly desirable Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
