Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Game and AI Developer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge gaming experiences, pushing the boundaries of AI and machine learning. Responsibilities: Craft captivating game AI: Design, develop, and implement sophisticated game AI systems, including: Pathfinding: Seamlessly navigate game worlds for both player and AI characters. Decision-making: Equip AI with intelligent decision-making abilities that adapt to dynamic game situations. In-game chat with AI: Develop engaging and realistic conversations with AI players using advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Behavior trees: Create complex and emergent behaviors for AI characters using robust behavior tree frameworks. Embrace AI/ML Innovation:Implement state-of-the-art AI and machine learning techniques to enhance game AI, such as: Reinforcement learning: Train AI agents to learn optimal strategies through interaction with the game environment. Deep learning: Leverage deep neural networks for advanced perception, decision-making, and character generation. Personalize the Player Experience: Analyze player behavior data to create a truly personalized gaming experience: Personality assessment: Develop AI systems that assess player personalities and tailor gameplay accordingly. Adaptive difficulty: Adjust game difficulty dynamically based on player skill level and progress. Personalized rewards: Offer unique rewards and challenges based on individual player preferences. Develop Adaptive AI Systems: Create AI systems that learn and adapt to individual player psychology and preferences: Predictive modeling: Anticipate player actions and reactions to provide a more engaging and challenging experience. Emotional AI: Develop AI characters that exhibit realistic emotions and respond appropriately to player interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in game and AI development. Strong programming skills in Python, Experience with game engines (e.g., Unity, Phaser 3). Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of game design principles.
