- Job Title: Lead Data Scientist Positions Available: 2 Locations: Solapur, Bangalore, Chennai Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading data science initiatives, developing advanced analytics models, and driving data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and big data technologies to solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts in designing and implementing machine learning models. Develop and deploy predictive models and AI-driven solutions to optimize business processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements. Identify and analyze data sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. Utilize big data platforms, cloud services, and automation tools to enhance data processing and analysis. Implement A/B testing and other statistical methodologies to measure model effectiveness. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science technologies. Required Qualifications: Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in data science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks. Strong expertise in deep learning, NLP, and computer vision is a plus. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with MLOps and model deployment in production environments. Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib. Industry experience in domains such as finance, healthcare, retail, or manufacturing.
