Job Description
- 1. Owns end-to-end solution delivery. Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and with required quality. 2. Accountable for pre-sales, project intake and estimation. 3. Work closely with the Architect during the concept phase of project to define project delivery approach, methodology. 4. Accountable for the technical leadership from project initiation to implementation. Ensures that a sound and future proof architecture is planned and its implementation meets the technical quality standards. 5. Ensures that appropriate organization, governance, decision making, and delivery structures are in place to drive outcomes articulated in the business case, business requirements, and program/project charter. 6. Ensures that standard and best practice for project and program management processes are applied to plan, and execute initiatives with high complexity and risk. 7. Lead and mentor a team of technical members and serve as an escalation point for delivery issues. 8. Perform regular delivery risk reviews and support the project teams with escalations and resolutions as required. 9. Handles vendor contracting and management. 10. Responsible for governance of project budgets. 11. Ensure delivery meets high quality standards. Primary Skills: 1. Extensive experience in leading and delivering high profile programs. 2. Hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Information Management, Big Data & Analytics. Data Visulization experience is a critical skill. 3. Previous experience in overseeing the transformation of multiple industry domains. 4. Demonstrated ability to lead large programs of work with multiple functional and technical capabilities. 5. Mixture of strong business acumen, understanding of data and information and project delivery skills. Secondary Skills: 1. Experience working in Lean / Agile / Scrum methodologies for enterprise IT delivery. 2. Managing and developing high performing project teams Soft Skills: 1. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively negotiate with senior stakeholders. 2. Excellent inter-personal skills. Educational Background: B .E. / B. Tech. Possessing MBA would be an added Experience Range: 15 Years - 20 Years Number of Positions: 1 Timeline: Immediate Location: Delhi / NCR Travel Needs: The job requires occasional travel.
