- Job Title : Python Developer Location : Remote Experience : 5+ Years Job Description We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong experience in designing and implementing scalable web applications and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Python frameworks, data manipulation libraries, and database management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using Python frameworks such as FastAPI and Flask. Utilize Python libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and PySpark for data analysis and processing. Implement data serialization methods using formats like JSON and XML. Write complex queries and optimize performance on relational databases (specifically PostgreSQL on AWS RDS and Oracle PL/SQL). Work with Redis for data caching and real-time data processing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed analytics in applications. Perform code reviews, unit testing, and contribute to overall project documentation. 5+ years of professional experience in software development. Experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Familiar with AWS services and architecture. AWS EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, Glue SQS, SNS, Glue etc Understanding of security principles and practices in software development (AWS IAM, AWS Security Manager). Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OKTA and SSO). Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines, Jenkins Deployment, Git Repository Ability to design scalable and maintainable software systems. Experience with design patterns and best practices. Familiarity with tools such as Confluence and SmartDraw. Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and web services. Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they interact with back-end services. Agile/Scrum , Communication (Spoken English, clarity of thought) Big Data, Data mining, machine learning and natural language processing Requirements Proven experience in Python development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in FastAPI and Flask. Solid understanding of data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy. Experience with PySpark for handling large datasets. Proficient in SQL, particularly with PostgreSQL and Oracle PL/SQL. Familiarity with Redis and its applications in real-time data scenarios. Knowledge of data serialization formats (JSON and XML). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Understanding of web security best practices. (ref:hirist.tech),
