Job Description

We are hiring for Manager- Financial Accounting and Reporting for our organization based out at Noida Sector 127. Job description as mentioned bellow - Key Responsibilities Verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and contracts. Maintain accurate vendor records, ensuring compliance with company policies. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies. Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax policies, and company standards. Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports. Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure smooth operations. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes. Key Requirements Education & Experience: Must be from Delhi/NCR (to be available for F2F interview). Only CA with Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Accounting & Reporting. Proven experience in AR/AP management, vendor reconciliation, and cost control and Balance sheet. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS). Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Tally). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. Core Competencies: Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and resolve discrepancies. Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and completeness in financial records. Communication & Negotiation: Ability to interact with vendors and internal teams effectively.,
