Job Description:
Ohealer Health Care is looking for a Field Sales Executive with 1 year of experience in insurance field sales to promote and sell health cards to potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills, daily client interactions, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell health cards to individuals and families by explaining the benefits and coverage.
• Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Educate customers about healthcare plans, discounts, and services included in the health card.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Graduate / PUC (Pre-University Course).
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance field sales.
• Languages: Kannada and English (mandatory).

Must-Have:

• Own a two-wheeler for field visits.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Details & Benefits:

• Travel: Daily travel allowance provided.
• Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month (fixed + incentives).
