- About the Company - Myra Events & Wedding Planners is a leading wedding planning company located in Ludhiana. We specialise in NRI Weddings and Destination Weddings in Himachal Pradesh, Jaipur & Punjab. We are providing services in mainly four Verticals named as "Complete Wedding Planning", "Theme Decorations", "Entertainment, Light, Sound & Stage" & Hospitality Services. We strive to create overwhelming experience both for our clients and Team. Role Descriptio n This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Servicing Executive. He/She will play a crucial role in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. He/She will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, from initial consultation to post-event follow-up. They act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is understood and executed flawlessly. This role requires a blend of relationship management, problem-solving, and strategic thinking to foster long-term client partnership s. Key Responsibiliti es: Client Consultation and Relationship Managem ent:Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their wedding decor vision, preferences, and bud get.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationsh ips.Provide expert advice and creative suggestions on decor themes, styles, and opti ons.Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the planning proc ess. Project Manage ment:Develop detailed meeting/event plans and proposals, including visual presentations and cost estim ates.Coordinate with internal teams (designers, vendors, on-site staff) to ensure timely and accurate execution of decor/event p lans.Oversee on-site setup and ensure all elements meet client expectat ions.Manage timelines and budgets effecti vely. Problem Solving and Issue Resol ution:Anticipate and resolve potential issues or challenges that may arise during the planning or execution phase.Handle client complaints or concerns with professionalism and em pathy.Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure client satisfa ction. Vendor Coordi nation:Liaise with external vendors (florists, lighting specialists, etc.) to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of se rvices.Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure quality c ontrol. Post-Event Fo llow-up:Conduct post-event evaluations and gather client f eedback.Maintain client records and ensure accurate docume ntation.Seek out opportunities for repeat business and re ferrals. Qualif ications:Proven experience in client servicing, preferably in the wedding or event planning industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentatio n skills.Strong organizational and project management a bilities.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simu ltaneouslStrong negotiation and problem solvin g skills.A keen eye for design and a passion for creating memorable exp eriences.Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM software, design s oftware).
