   Agency Channel

  As an Agency Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies, provide training and support to agency partners, and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability. Additionally, you will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans.

• Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a team of agency partners to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agencies
  • Provide training and support to agency partners
  • Implement strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales plans
• A "direct channel" job, often in sales or relationship management, involves directly selling products or services to customers, bypassing intermediaries, and focuses on building relationships and meeting sales targets
•  As a Life Insurance Direct Channel Sales representative, your primary responsibility will be to actively promote and sell life insurance policies directly to customers.
  
  - You will be expected to build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their insurance needs, and recommend suitable coverage options.
  
  - Your role will involve generating leads, reaching out to prospects, conducting product presentations, and guiding clients through the application and underwriting process.
  
  - You will need to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our insurance offerings.
  
  - Successful candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to meet sales targets.
