We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager BU Head to lead business operations across South Gujarat, Mumbai, and Madhya Pradesh. The role involves driving business growth, developing high-performance teams, and strengthening customer relationships. The ideal candidate will oversee the achievement of business objectives, market expansion, and ensure alignment with company strategies.
Drive YoY growth in revenue, profitability, and market share by achieving key business targets (KRA and KPI).
Identify and develop new business opportunities and applications.
Strengthen existing customer relationships and ensure deeper market penetration.
Promote core products while focusing on cross-selling and upselling additional company offerings.
Collaborate with local and head office teams to align business strategies.
Lead and motivate sales, technical, and support teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies, ensuring smooth operations.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or General Management, preferably in the Electrical, Automation, or Industrial Solutions sector.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive business growth and manage teams effectively.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities.
Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to drive growth through effective strategies.
Leadership & People Management: Proven track record in leading and motivating teams.
Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong customer connections.
Sales & Marketing Excellence: Expertise in promoting products and expanding market presence.
