Job Description

Qualification Requirements Master's in AI/Machine Learning/Computer Science is mandatory(Top tier institutes preferred), Ph.D is preferred. we welcome applications from FRESHERS from top tier institutions with open heart and mind! 2 to 5 years advanced AI research and implementation experience Proven expertise in Generative AI applications Deep understanding of healthcare technology domain Technical Expertise Specialized Skills: Large Language Model (LLM) development,vertical LLM development is preferred Generative AI for therapeutic interactions Natural Language Processing Machine Learning algorithmic design AI ethical framework implementation Healthcare data privacy compliance Multimodal AI system architecture Core Responsibilities AI Innovation: Design intelligent therapist matching algorithms Develop generative AI conversational agents Create predictive mental health intervention models Build emotion recognition and tone modulation systems Implement personalized therapeutic experience frameworks Technical Development Advanced AI model training and optimization Developing proprietary AI therapy interaction protocols Creating secure, HIPAA-compliant AI systems Designing scalable AI infrastructure Integrating AI with AR/VR therapeutic experiences Research & Development Continuous AI model improvement Exploring cutting-edge AGI applications in mental healthcare Developing ethical AI guidelines Publishing research in peer-reviewed journals Presenting at international AI/healthcare conferences Compensation Structure Post-Funding Compensation: Base Salary: 10 to 15 LPA Generous ESOP allocation Research and development funding Technical Stack Proficiency Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch OpenAI/Anthropic API integration Cloud AI platforms (AWS/GCP) Natural Language Processing libraries Advanced machine learning frameworks AR/VR development integration Certification/Additional Qualifications Advanced AI certifications Healthcare technology specializations Ethics in AI implementation Data privacy and security credentials Ideal Candidate Profile Published research in AI/healthcare intersection Demonstrated innovation in generative AI Strong academic and industrial research background Passion for mental health technology transformation Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
