    Job Title: Associate Agency Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team. As an Associate Agency Development Manager, you will be responsible for agent recruitment, agent development, meeting business targets, and ensuring customer centricity. If you have a strong background in sales and a passion for building and leading teams, we want to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Recruit new insurance agents and build a high-performing team
    - Develop and train agents to improve their sales skills and knowledge
    - Meet business targets by selling insurance policies and driving revenue growth
    - Coordinate appointments between Agents, clients and the company to ensure seamless delivery of services
    - Close deals and achieve sales targets while maintaining quality standards and agent productivity

    Work Style:

    - Combination of office and field work, including meetings with clients and recruiting agents
    - Requires scheduling appointments beforehand from both sides (clients and agents)
    - Agents work on a commission-based model, providing a clear incentive for success

    Salary Details:

    - Maximum salary budget: 4,00,000 per annum
    - Salary negotiable for candidates from the same background

    Ideal Candidate:

    - Preferred candidates with IRDAI, BFSI sales experience, and good knowledge of sales principles (experience from other industries also considered)
    - Strong background in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
    - Experience in team leadership and development
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
