Project Execution & Site Management:

Oversee end-to-end construction of high-rise buildings, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.

Monitor daily site activities, progress reports, and subcontractor performance.

Resolve technical and operational issues at the site to maintain smooth progress.

Planning & Coordination:

Develop and implement construction schedules in coordination with the planning and project management teams.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for seamless execution.

Ensure availability of materials, equipment, and workforce as per project requirements.

Quality & Safety Compliance:
-
Enforce quality control and adherence to EPC standards and best practices.
-
Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and legal requirements.

Conduct regular safety audits and inspections at the site.

Budget & Cost Control:
-
Monitor project costs and ensure cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
-
Track expenses, control wastage, and minimize project cost overruns.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor on-site teams, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

Conduct regular site meetings to review progress and address issues.

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
-
10+ years of experience in high-rise building construction with an EPC company.
-
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and execution strategies.
-
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera/MS Project, and other project management tools.
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Hands-on experience in high-rise residential or commercial buildings.
-
Knowledge of government regulations, local approvals, and compliance requirements.

Strong track record in delivering projects within timelines and budget.
