Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reltio Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Reltio-based solutions to meet our organization's data management needs. As a Senior Reltio Engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective integration of Reltio with other systems and platforms. Your expertise in Reltio configuration, customization, and optimization will be pivotal in driving the success of our data management initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as a Reltio Engineer or similar role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Reltio solutions.
Proficiency in Reltio configuration, customization, and optimization.
Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and experience in designing and implementing complex data models.
Solid understanding of MDM (Master Data Management) principles and practices.
Experience with Reltio APIs, integration frameworks, and data import/export processes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement Reltio-based solutions to meet business requirements.
Customize and configure Reltio platform components to optimize performance and functionality.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Integrate Reltio with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Develop and maintain Reltio workflows, business rules, and data quality processes.
Perform data modelling and design efficient data structures to support business needs.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated on emerging Reltio features, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Reltio Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in Reltio configuration, customization, and optimization.
Strong understanding of data modelling concepts and MDM principles.
Experience with Reltio APIs, integration frameworks, and cloud platforms.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
