We are ambitious trailblazers, aiming to be an indispensable element in brands media strategy. We are a growing team of 50+ people, working primarily remote, headquartered in Australia and consisting of teams working across APAC and Europe.
About the role
As a UI/UX Designer at iion, youll have a direct impact on the success of our game advertising platform. Youll define the design language, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive experience for our users. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders, youll solve critical user pain points and bring your impactful designs to life, all while adhering to iions evolving brand guidelines.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can marry their UI/UX skillsets with their passion for designing cutting edge SaaS/ AdTech self-serve advertising platforms.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create intuitive, user-centered designs for our Self-Service and other platforms, with a focus on ease of use and visual aesthetics
- Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, preferences, and pain points, and use these insights to inform design decisions
- Design user interfaces that provide a seamless and cohesive experience across various features and modules
- Define Brand Design Guidelines that align with iion s brand identity and maintain visual consistency throughout the platforms
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
- Coordinate with product managers, UI developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs align with product and technical requirements
Role Requirements:
- 5-6 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with exposure to marketing automation or AdTech related products
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
- Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams
- Attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design projects
Good to have:
- Prior experience designing for DSP/ Self-serve AdTech/ Advertising/ Programmatic platforms
- Prior experience handling data/ workflow for Advertising campaigns/ setup and reporting needs
*This is a fully-remote role, and you can be based anywhere in India
