Key Responsibilities:
1. Bench Sales & IT Consultant Marketing
Proactively market IT consultants (bench sales) to direct clients, prime vendors, and staffing agencies.
Work closely with IT consultants to understand their skills, experience, and career goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, implementation partners, and vendors.
Identify suitable job opportunities and effectively position consultants for client requirements.
Coordinate resume submissions, schedule interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.
Negotiate contract terms, rates, and agreements with clients and vendors.
Maintain an up-to-date database of available consultants and their project status.
2. Business Development & Sales Support
Assist in identifying new business opportunities in IT services and staffing.
Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Support the sales cycle, including outreach, proposal development, and follow-ups.
Represent PeopleTech Group at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities.
3. Client & Vendor Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, staffing partners, and vendors.
Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering quality IT talent and services.
Act as a liaison between clients and consultants to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-3 years of experience in bench sales, IT consultant marketing, or IT staffing.
Strong understanding of bench sales strategies, IT consulting, and recruitment processes.
Proven experience in placing consultants with direct clients and vendors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
