The Front Office - Operations Manager will direct and control operations at the centre front desk, ensuring that our customer service meets the high standards of client satisfaction that we strive for. This role includes overseeing the operational functions of the unit, managing employees, and ensuring the centre operates efficiently.


*Key Responsibilities:*


- Directly manage front desk employees and ensure compliance with company policies.

- Hire, train, and supervise front office staff, fostering an environment of exceptional client service.

- Oversee the front desk budget and order office supplies as necessary.

- Conduct routine and short-notice quality assurance audits; hold staff accountable for regular performance.

- Ensure the centre operates in optimal condition, promoting safety, effective communication, and organizational effectiveness.

- Approve and implement policies to enhance departmental performance.

- Create an operating environment that ensures consistent customer satisfaction.

- Define and implement front desk objectives and procedures.

- Conduct detailed walkthroughs to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.

- Manage staff training and shift scheduling.

- Address client complaints and questions with exceptional service.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.

- Supervise all front desk activities, including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.

- Conduct performance reviews for front desk staff.

- Perform administrative duties such as filing and updating records.


*Qualifications:*


- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Knowledge of budget management and operational policies.
