Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions. Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Maintain job descriptions and requirements. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Address and resolve employee issues and grievances in a timely manner. Promote a positive organizational culture and work environment. Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback. Assist in the development and implementation of employee development programs. HR Administration: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Process employee documentation, including contracts, changes, and terminations. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Compensation & Benefits: Help employees with benefits enrollment and claims. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and professional development programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies. Assist with audits and prepare necessary documentation for regulatory compliance. Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics as required by management. Analyze HR data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR or related administrative roles. Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
