Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Base Location: Global (Remote)

Contract Type: Full-time


Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across markets, secure strategic opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. As a pivotal member of the Cloud Raptor team, the BDM will lead efforts to expand the business and maximize revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth targets.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Drive client acquisition by proactively identifying their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Represent Cloud Raptor at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the preparation of compelling proposals, presentations, and agreements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs and analyse data to assess business development performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills to identify market opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Adept at managing complex contracts and partnerships.
  • Goal-driven and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
