About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and highly qualified Medical Brand Manager with a doctor's degree (BAMS or equivalent) to lead our efforts in combining medical expertise with innovative marketing strategies in the BabyCare division. The role requires a unique blend of scientific knowledge and marketing acumen to effectively communicate product benefits to healthcare professionals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement tailored, data-driven account plans for key BabyCare clients
  • Ensure seamless alignment with overall business objectives and company vision
  • Expand our reach to all corporate and semi-corporate hospitals

2. Relationship Management and Development

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with:
  • Major Accounts: Corporate Hospitals, Semi-Corporate Hospitals
  • Key Decision-Makers: Hospital Administrators, Department Heads, Hopsitals head

Foster and nurture relationships through:

  • Regular, personalized CRM activities
  • Quarterly Business Reviews to strengthen partnerships and address evolving needs

3. Market Intelligence and Insights

  • Gather, analyze, and report on:

- Market trends within the BabyCare segment

- Competitor activity and market positioning

- Valuable customer feedback and insights

  • Inform and influence:

- Product development to meet emerging needs

- Sales strategies for enhanced competitiveness

- Marketing approaches for targeted effectiveness

4. Sales Growth and Revenue Targets

  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for BabyCare products through strategic planning and meticulous execution at retail outlets, zone wise.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities

5. Team Collaboration and Support

  • Foster a unified approach by working closely with:

- Sales Teams to align strategies and maximize outreach

- Marketing Teams to tailor campaigns to key account needs

- Customer Service Teams to ensure seamless support

  • Provide BabyCare segment expertise to drive overall business success and growth

6. Performance Metrics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts
  • Submit regular, detailed, and actionable reports to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations

7. New Product Launches

  • Product Placement Strategy:

-Ensure successful placement of new BabyCare products in all major accounts

  • Sales and Prescription Generation:

- Coordinate closely with the sales team to generate prescriptions and recommendations for new products

  • Launch Collaboration:

- Work with the product development team on launch preparations

- Coordinate with Marketing on targeted launch campaigns to key stakeholders

Customer Relationship Enhancement Activities:

  • Regular Rapport Building Initiatives:

I. Conduct activities, campaigns, and events at regular intervals to build and maintain rapport with key stakeholders, enhancing the overall relationship and trust.

  • Customer Appreciation Events/Webinars:

II. Organize periodic events or webinars for key stakeholders to foster goodwill and showcase BabyCare's commitment to their success.

  • Tailored Product Demos/Trials:

III. Offer customized product demonstrations or trial programs for major accounts upon request, enhancing their product experience and deepening the partnership.

8. Massive Sampling

  • Customer Appreciation through massive sampling

To every delivered parent in corporates and semi-corporates

Customer database collection

9. Customized offers/Schemes

To prepare customized offers/schemes zone wise to deliver efficient results

Strategies to enhance shop in hospital business zone wise

Quarterly Business Reviews:

  • Conduct in-depth reviews with key accounts to strengthen relationships, address evolving needs, and align strategies for mutual growth.

Performance Evaluation Criteria:

- Achievement of Sales and Revenue Targets

- Strength and Depth of Key Stakeholder Relationships

- Quality of Market Insights and Their Application

- Contribution to Team Success and Company Growth
