Job Title: Specialist - Training Assessment & Impact
Location: Mumbai
What you will do:
- Assess Training Effectiveness: Develop and implement strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs, including pre- and post-training evaluations, surveys, and assessments.
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyze data to evaluate the impact of training on employee performance, engagement, and productivity. Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Impact Measurement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and ensure training programs are aligned with desired outcomes. Measure and report on the ROI of training initiatives.
- Training Evaluation Tools: Design and refine training evaluation tools, including feedback forms, learning assessments, and performance metrics.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management and key stakeholders on the success of training programs, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact analysis.
- Continuous Improvement: Based on assessment results, provide actionable recommendations for improving current training programs and designing future learning initiatives.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training evaluation and assessment
- 2/3+ years of experience in retail lending ( LAS & LAMF)
