Job Description

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
• Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility studies to gather project requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and review construction documents and specifications.
• Participate in meetings, presentations, and design discussions with stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable building practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm or design studio.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction methods.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and regulations.
• Excellent design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
