Role & responsibilities
1. Team Performance Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate the performance of Lead Executives
- Identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback
2. Training and Development:
- Provide training and coaching to Lead Executives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
- Ensure team members are up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
3. Inbound Call Handling:
- Ensure Lead Executives receive and handle inbound calls from digital platforms efficiently
- Monitor call quality, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction
4. Customer Conversion:
- Ensure Lead Executives convert inbound calls into branch walk-ins
- Monitor conversion rates and provide feedback for improvement
5. Lead Conversion to Sales Deal:
- Ensure Lead Executives convert leads into sales deals
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement
6. Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
7. Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare and submit reports on team performance, call metrics, sales conversions, and lead conversion rates
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
8. Leadership and Motivation:
- Lead, motivate, and engage the team to achieve sales targets and performance goals
- Foster a positive and productive team culture
Preferred candidate profile :Candidate who has working experience in BPO , Financial sector , Real Estate ,Ed tech companies ,Travel and Tourism ,specially in inbound tele-sales environment with team leading skill.
