Job Description

We are actively seeking an exceptional and driven Senior Software Tester to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Tester, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our platform and integrated software solutions.
You're a passionate Senior Software Tester with a proven track record in software testing in the medical domain who wants to have the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects that directly impact patient care and drive advancements in the medical field.
In this role, you are responsible to Mentor and guide about 5 local testers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
Strong collaboration with testers at sites in Slovakia and Germany in cross functional, agile development teams.
Support execution of manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure software quality.
Push the compliance to the quality management system in the test team to ensure future audit prove releases of medical products.
Contribute to the design and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools.
Conduct performance, scalability, and security testing as required.
Identify and report software defects in a detailed and concise manner.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in software testing.
Pronounced Quality first orientation.
To be successful in this role, your profile includes:
Graduation or Post Graduation in Computer Science / Information Technology / Medical or Life Sciences.
10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance in the medical domain.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, architectures, and best practices.
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of frameworks for medical products like Syngo is highly preferred.
Experience in R&D organizations and agile setups like SAFe/SCRUM is preferred.
Knowledge of software development life cycle and software engineering processes of medical products
Software development experience in C# is highly welcome.
Expertise in MS Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, source control systems like TFS, requirement management systems (e.g. TFS) and test automation frameworks (e.g. MF QC)
Demonstrated ability working with multi-cultural teams and various internal (R&D, legal, procurement, export control and customs) and external stakeholders globally, ideally also Germany.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, business fluency in English.
Proven coordination & influencing skills, and ability to lead without authority. Should have a bias towards action.
Able to multi-task, work under pressure and manage multiple project activities and responsibilities effectively.
Should be self-motivated and assertive.
