Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Facilitate meetings, remove roadblocks, and ensure team alignment
- Ensure quality standards and compliance with internal processes
- Manage changes in project scope and provide contingency plans when needed
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned
