Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead - Capital Market to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Investment Management and Asset Management platforms. This role requires experience in customer facing roles, strong communication.

Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage end-to-end testing for capital markets and investment management applications.
*Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test scripts for investment platforms.
*Ensure test coverage for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing
*Ensure compliance with finance domain regulations and industry standards.
*Experience in customer facing roles, strong communication.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:
*Strong knowledge of Investment Management and Asset Management platforms.
*Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading, risk management, and portfolio management.
*Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Experience in Capital Market, Finance Domain certifications, MBA Finance preferred.
