We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Healthcare IT Service Delivery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in support and professional services within the healthcare domain. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


1. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare clients.

- Understand client needs and align IT services to meet their objectives.

- Serve as a point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.

2. People Management:

- Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Provide mentorship and guidance for career development.

3. Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

- Implement best practices to enhance service delivery efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and regulations.

4. Functional and Domain Expertise:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of healthcare IT systems and technologies.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.

- Provide strategic input based on functional expertise.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2. 10+ years experience in Healthcare IT with a focus on support and professional services.

3. 5+ years in Management roles

4. Knowledge on SQL, AWS, WinAdmin and Networking required

5. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulations, and compliance.

6. Previous experience in customer relationship management.

7. Excellent people management and leadership skills.

8. Track record of successfully optimizing processes for efficiency.
