Key Roles & Responsibilities Primary Role Description The incumbent will be responsible for supporting and executing organization-wide initiatives on Employee Engagement / Pulse check surveys. The incumbent will also support and enable organizational development through initiatives on Internal Communication, Reward and recognition, Values, and other diverse set of change interventions. Key Roles & Responsibilities Employee Engagement Drive Niva Bupa employee engagement survey, through appropriate pre / post survey communication campaigns, at functional / organizational level Analysis and reporting of survey results, driving action planning, and change initiatives in collaboration with business / functional stakeholders Internal communication Lead employee communication campaigns for different initiatives including (but not limited to), building a Great Place to Work, Values, and more Anchor / support internal employee communication through channels such as internal mailers, Leadership Webcasts, Annual Strategy Meets & Employee Townhalls Employee Rewards & Recognition program Design / redesign and program manage entire R&R framework Partner with functional / business stakeholders on a regular basis to roll out and close Quarterly Awards / Annual Awards Design and evaluate appropriate forums to recognize winners Building Employee Values Launch initiatives to strengthen the sense of purpose and belongingness Reinforcing Values through Employee Stories, and other initiatives Wellness Design and launch a holistic framework / proposition for employee wellness Develop innovative and meaningful employee wellness / wellbeing initiatives, focusing on all aspects of physical, mental / emotional, social and financial Key Requirements - Experience And Education Master of Business Administration in Human Resource / M.A. in Psychology or Equivalent Degree Certification in leadership assessments, psychometrics (Hogan / DISC), and development tools (360 Feedback) Min. 3+ years of experience in Talent / Learning / OD space Key Requirements - Skills Ability to think conceptually across a variety of talent / engagement, subjects and bring in a solutions approach Ability to drive initiatives and decision making through diagnostics, data / insights and analytics Skills on branding, design and creative visualization Strong ability to articulate and communicate (both written and verbal) Experience working with vendors / partners Project Management skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks / projects,
