Job Description
We seek a Mechanical Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD and SAP to support process optimization, factory layout modifications, and production efficiency improvements. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes, ensure cost-effectiveness projects.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and modify factory layouts using AutoCAD for improved efficiency.
- Utilize SAP (MM/PP modules) for material planning, inventory management, and production scheduling.
- Support CAPEX projects, providing technical input on machine procurement and installations.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all process modifications comply with safety and quality standards.
- Design and Development of Tool, Jigs and Fixtures.
Preferred candidate profile
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering .
- 25 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) for layout planning and modifications.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM/PP modules) is a must.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Experience in factory automation, CNC machining, or robotics.
- Knowledge of ERP/MES systems and digital manufacturing tools.
