Position Name: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager HR Tech
Location Mumbai, Powai
Job Description
- HRIS Management: Oversee the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems (Majorly SAP, Success Factors).
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of HR technology with payroll, benefits, performance management, and other enterprise systems.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Generate insights from HR data, develop dashboards, and provide reports for decision-making.
- Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation in HR workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Employee Experience: Improve self-service portals and digital tools for employees.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure HR data security, privacy, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, IT, and external vendors to evaluate and implement new HR tech solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and training for HR teams and end-users.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Education & Experience:
- MBA/Diploma HR /Masters Labor Management / LLB with 3+ years of experience
- Compliance knowledge
- SAP Working is must
Behavioral Expectations:
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Database management skills.
- Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
