Job Description
- Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Objective - Provide SAP solutions and IT technical support as a functional area of EWM and WM to Mahindra Spare Unit domestics businesses. Acts as a pivot for communicating related IT system requirements and collaborates with operation team on updates The Second objective is to get the requirement/ Project fulfilled and executed by analysing the appropriate technology along with the service provider and defining sprints, project plan for timely delivering the Project. Posses Learning abilities to keep knowledge up to date on two fronts -1) Gaining business knowledge in areas of process change Or new product/ business process development 2) Getting acquainted with new technologies and methodologies for project delivery Identifying opportunities for process improvement areas, defining the problem statement and likely solution with customer collaboration, frequent interaction with customers. Horizontal deployment of effective solution to ensure standardization and process improvement across businesses. Identifying training needs of business team members and arranging timely training sessions and workshops to ensure Users are equipped with correct skillsets to handle and perform SAP End User activities in the system. Multitasking activities for Daily support management for SAP to ensure seamless user experience, business continuity and on the other hand managing projects. Acts as a front end Support to business representatives as a Front line solution Provider and implement new Projects in changing Environment. Knowledge transfer, training and support to subordinates to ensure their growth and development in get the best out of them for daily support as well project activities. Experience 5-8 years of Experience in SAP Daily call management in core functional areas of MM, SD and FI with experience of minimum 3 project implementation Industry Preferred Manufacturing - Preferably Auto & Ancillary Business Qualifications Graduation (Preferably in Operations), Management degree will be added advantage General Requirements Primary Skills Functional expertise in area of EWM , WM, IM, DMS and MKM Work as self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members Secondary Skills Understanding best practices and benchmarking processes in related industry Behavioural Competencies/ Skills Anticipating and leveraging business opportunities Fruitful utilisation of Resources, Giving Customer Delight, Being Open and Generate new Ideas, Being Accountable for Results, Team work and Collaboration, Being Passionate about work,
