We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to support and enhance our marketing operations across email automation, CRM administration, lead nurturing, and campaign analytics. This role requires hands-on expertise with Pardot and Salesforce, strong technical abilities, and a knack for keeping workflows efficient and organized.
Develop and manage Pardot engagement programs, email templates, dynamic forms, and segmented lists
Configure backend Pardot settings, including lead scoring, grading, and integration with Salesforce, Zoom, and other platforms
Support webinar workflows including Zoom Pardot Salesforce integrations
Maintain data accuracy across Pardot and Salesforce, ensuring clean segmentation and reliable CRM data
Build and deliver reports and dashboards to monitor marketing KPIs and performance metrics
Assist with website management tasks such as SEO implementation and WordPress updates
Administer tools like Microsoft Book a Meeting (BAM) and manage associated user data
Support administrative marketing tasks, including data entry, award submissions, and file localization
Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Grammarly, etc.) to improve content creation, marketing output, and workflow efficiency
Minimum 3 years of experience with Pardot (email automation, list management, campaign workflows, and integration)
Note: Experience with other platforms like HubSpot is acceptable but evaluation will focus on Pardot relevance
Proficient in Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement), Microsoft Excel, and the MS Office suite
Familiarity with Zoom webinars and integration into marketing workflows
Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices and performance tracking
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
