Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst/Technical Business Analyst role. Strong SQL skills for report UAT and report creation, including the ability to analyze reports and identify trends. Experience working in an Agile software development environment. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders, development teams, and QA. Understanding of healthcare data, source systems, and integration with various downstream systems; a healthcare background is preferred. Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI.,
