Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil engineering projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee construction activities on site, including earthworks, road construction, bridge building, and highway infrastructure development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project delivery, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress against milestones and identify potential issues.
- Develop detailed reports on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction engineering).
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure projects (roads, bridges) and construction supervision principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
