Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Conduct routine and preventive maintenance checks on 70T(65M) piling rigs ,1000T crawler crane, 250T truck mounted cranes of various make
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise or assist with major repairs and rebuilds.
- Sound Knowledge in Kelly maintenance and rotary maintenance
- Able to guide all piling rig operators and crane operators to maintain safe operation practices in the field
- Should have deep knowledge in load chart, safe load indicator , load moment indicator, calibration of other parameters in display modules of various crane .
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations during maintenance and operations.
- Conduct safety inspections and address any potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Update maintenance records, service manuals, and procedure documentation.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and order necessary components.
- Ensure that sufficient spare parts are available for timely repairs.
- Collaborate with piling rig operators, crane operators and other construction sites personnel.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other construction field stakeholders for smooth operation of piling rigs and cranes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ relevant experience

- Company provides Medical Insurance ranging from 3 lacs to 5 lacs (depending upon the grade of a member) for self and family for treatment across Pan India.
- Desktop/Laptop (as per your grade entitlement), Mobile Handset, Sim and monthly free top-ups (as per grade) and other Facilities will be given to provide by the company.
Working Terms:
- Time off Rotation will be 6 Month working and 30 Days paid off & subsequently followed by every 6-month ones (Both to and fro International & Domestic travel tickets provided by company).
- Workdays & Hours Corporate Office (Lagos, Nigeria): Six and Half day in a week (Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:30PM, Saturday 9:00AM to 6:30PM & Sunday - 9:00AM to 2:30PM) & Onsite location: Seven Days Working (Monday to Sunday 8:30AM to 6:30PM).
