We are seeking a detail-oriented Risk and Compliance Auditor to assess and improve internal Audit process, The role involves conducting audits, identifying potential risks, and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risk
Role & responsibilities
Conduct Audits: Drive the Risk and Compliance audit within the deal
Audit Reporting: Prepare clear, well-documented audit reports with findings, risk impacts, and recommendations for process improvements.
Co-ordination with Stakeholder Communication: Co-ordinate with departments to address compliance issues and improve governance structures.
Follow-up Reviews: Ensure timely implementation of corrective actions by tracking audit recommendations and conducting follow-up assessments.
Training & Awareness: Support the development of risk and compliance training programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about evolving laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring proactive risk management.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree.
Experience in auditing, risk management, or regulatory compliance within industry
Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, and compliance frameworks
Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good report-writing and communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
