Inside Sales Specialist | Flentis CorporationOpusing Information Services Private LimitedJob descriptionThe candidate will be responsible for:

  • Experience of working in Inside Sales or Lead Generation role for US - North America Market (B2B). Able to penetrate organizations through targeted email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn etc. and identify the target audience.
  • Must have experience of Staffing background / Selling Staffing Solutions e.g. ( ATS / VMS etc )
  • Experience in working on tools like Zoominfo, Lusha, Saleshandy, Sales Navigator, Salesforce etc.
  • Interact with internal teams and ensure Meetings and Demonstrations are handled on time.
  • Able to pitch Staffing Solutions / Products mapped to business needs or requirements.
  • Experience in handling mid to large-scale enterprise accounts.
  • Experience and exposure to C-level profiles.

Reporting -

  • Real-time updating internal systems and adhering to processes at the organization.

Required Candidate profile

  • Experience in selling IT/technology solutions, services, and products.
  • Good understanding of the US market.
  • Knowledge of Staffing / Staffing Solutions (e.g. VMS / ATS ).
  • Very Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong telephone and verbal communication etiquette.
  • Good analytical and communication (verbal & written) skills - should have the ability to initiate engaging discussions.
  • Understanding of using basic MS applications Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Understanding of working on CRM .

Shift Timings : 6:30 PM-3:30 AM/ 7.30 PM - 4.30 AM (Indian Time)
