Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- Oracle MDM!
The Master Data Management (MDM) Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of enterprise data assets across systems and applications. This position requires expertise in data engineering and Oracle MDM tools to support business processes effectively. The consultant will act as a subject matter expert (SME) for master data domains, leveraging technical skills and strategic insights to deliver value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the SME/key point of contact for master data management within the organization.
- Conduct in-depth requirements analysis to design processes and systems that align with business needs.
- Leverage Oracle MDM tools to analyze, configure, and optimize master data setups across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement robust governance policies for customer, product, supplier, and financial data.
- Ensure seamless integration of master data from various sources using advanced data engineering techniques.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for MDM deployment while articulating its benefits to clients or internal teams.
- Support SAP RFT Master Data business by accessing Stibo UI/workbench for analyzing datasets effectively.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Oracle MDM tools such as Oracle Product Hub or Customer Hub.
- Strong knowledge of Stibo Systems UI/workbench functionalities.
- Hands-on experience with SAP RFT Master Data configurations.
- Advanced understanding of database management principles and ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes.
Data Engineering Skills:
- Ability to integrate large-scale datasets from multiple sources into centralized repositories.
- Knowledge of SQL programming for querying databases efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms like AWS or Azure for managing enterprise-level master data.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities combined with analytical thinking.
- Capability to convince clients about the strategic importance of implementing effective MDM solutions.
