Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international inbound sales with a focus on hotel booking sales and upselling for regions such as the UK and US.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle international inbound customer inquiries for hotel booking services.
Drive sales through effective communication, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage and resolve customer queries in a professional manner.
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in international upselling within the hospitality or hotel booking sector.
Strong communication skills in English with a persuasive and confident approach.
Experience working with UK and US customers is preferred.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 environment).
Immediate joiners preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes will be an advantage.
