Experience in an Architectural/ Building Material product Specification role including all aspect of the sales cycle; prospecting of new clients, networking within industries, selling through specification and multiple steps sales processes.
Specification of Housing Projects / Commercial Projects, Government, Quasi-Government (both State & Central, viz., CPWD, PWD, State bodies, Hospitals, MES, Municipal Authorities etc), Design and build projects, and Private builder projects.
Ensuring the specification targets are achieved and ensure a healthy pipeline of projects
Conduct Technical Seminars with Architects & Engineers
Conducting in-house seminars for consulting houses
In-house presentation in builder groups and design and build projects
Identify and target long term strategic business development opportunities with key customers across the region/zone delivering projects (Roads, Bridges, Airports, Power, Commercial, Metro rail, tunnels, Dams etc)
