Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer with a strong background in .NET, React, and AWS. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, while also contributing to the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions.

Required Skills:
- 7+ years of hands-on development experience as a .Net Full Stack developer with React language.
- Sound foundation in Object Oriented Programming and Design Principle (OOP/OOD/SOLID)
- Experience in AWS
- Experience in leading, mentoring, managing a small team.
- Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and extendable code
- Perform code reviews and conduct unit testing to ensure standards are understood and
being followed - Able to use your experience to guide team members and suggest solutions to problems
- Collaborating with other team members to develop a seamless solution
- Effectively communicate with the wider team and business stakeholders
- Good technical design, problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
