Travel Consultant - Kamanhalli, Bangalore @ Riya Group

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

• Issue Domestic and International flight tickets using CRS systems Amadeus / Galileo
  
• Handle corporate travel bookings, including itinerary planning and fare comparison
  
• Ensure smooth coordination between clients and airlines for changes, cancellations, and reissuance
  
• Manage B2B / Corporate / SOTO ticketing operations with accuracy and speed
  
• Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations
  
• Comfortable working in Implants as well as Back Office setup
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and meet client-specific SLAs.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel industry (ticketing & reservations)
  
• Proficient in Amadeus / Galileo GDS systems
  
• Strong knowledge of international destinations, corporate fares, and airline rules
  
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  
• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA Certified
  
• Should be currently working or have worked in a travel agency, TMC, or airline setup
  
• Based in or willing to relocate to Trivandrum
