Some points to note :
- Worksoft experience is mandatory.
- They must work in US shifts 2pm to 11 pm
- Initially 80% will be manual testing and 20% automation.
Job Summary:
The SAP QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of SAP systems, specifically focusing on SAP Worksoft and SAP SD/FI modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP testing, integration testing using Postman and other third-party SaaS applications, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves designing, developing, and executing test plans and scripts, automation of test scripts using Worksoft, as we'll as collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for SAP Worksoft and SAP SD/FI modules.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Utilize SAP Worksoft automation tools to create and maintain automated test scripts.
- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes.
- Prepare and present test reports, metrics, and status updates to project stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct integration testing between multiple third-party applications.
- Use Postman for integration testing to validate API endpoints and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6-7 years of experience in SAP QA testing, with a focus on SAP Worksoft and SAP SD/FI modules.
- Proficiency in SAP Worksoft automation tools and techniques.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP FI (Financial Accounting) processes and functionalities.
- Experience with test management tools such as Client ALM, JIRA, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in testing integration between multiple third-party applications.
- Proficiency in using Postman for API integration testing.
