Monitor, identify, and resolve performance, behavior, and attendance issues using prescribed performance management techniques.
Address personnel and disciplinary issues in accordance with organizational policies.
Provide subject matter expertise to Quality Control Analysts within the team.
Ensure training needs of subordinates are identified and fulfilled effectively.
Adapt to meet service level agreements under the supervision of the Operations Manager.
Successfully complete all client-related training and maintain accurate records of the same.
Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports to ensure alignment and communication.
Communicate all process and client updates to direct reports within specified timelines and maintain documentation of such updates.
Act as the single point of contact for assigned team members for all job-related needs and help create a harmonious work environment.
Oversee day-to-day functional supervision of the work group, including work assignments and attendance monitoring.
Provide input into the selection, training, development, and performance appraisal of team members in accordance with company policies and compliance requirements.
Job Specification:
Minimum of 56 years of professional and relevant experience in medical coding, with a specialization in ED Profee.
Proven experience in client and stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Must hold a valid coding certification such as CPC, CCS, COC, or AHIMA.
Graduation in any discipline is acceptable.
