Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Review of Design Drawings, Statutory Drawings, Specifications, BOQ etc.
• Providing Value Engineering Options.
• Resolving Design related Site Issues.
• Preparing Design review reports, Trackers, RFI, Site Reports etc.
• Coordinating with Client, Design Consultants, Site and Vendors.
• Preparation of Interdisciplinary Coordinated Drawings, Shop drawings etc.
• Review of Specialized Vendor Shop Drawings, Technical submitting.
• Material Selection and coordinating for approvals with all the stake Holders.

Preferred candidate profile

• B Arch with 10 years of Experience.
• Having minimum 5 years of experience working in High Rise Residential Projects.
• Experience in Coordinating Inter-Discipline Drawings,
• Knowledge on Statutory Norms and Building Bye Laws
• Good in Auto Cad, MS Office , MS Excel.
• Revit will be added advantage.
